Shipping Policy
Current turnaround time for single orders is 10 business days.
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Custom shipping options are not available at this time. All items are shipped domestically with standard ground shipping. Shipping times differ based on your location within the US, typical shipping is 2-8 business days, but is not guaranteed.
If you need an item sooner please contact me to inquire if your request may be accommodated.
You will be notified with tracking once item has shipped. Feel free to contact me at anytime to inquire about the status of an order.

Local pick up in Austin, Texas is available. If chosen at check out you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the items I am unable to offer any returns or exchanges at this time. If there are any challenges with the product once received please contact me so that I may help to resolve it with you.
Keep in mind that if there are any challenges resulting from the mishandling of the product during shipping, that issue will have to be resolved with the shipping carrier.
Changes and Cancellation Policy
Please check your order choices before placing your order. Once crafting has started it is very challenging and in some cases impossible to make changes. Please contact me via the contact page to make a request.
If changes are regarding payment I am unable to stop processing once it has started. Accommodations may be attempted once payment has been fully processed.
If an order needs to be canceled after being placed contact me to put in the request. You will receive a full refund if crafting has not begun. If crafting has begun, you will receive a refund less 35%. You may expect returns to be fulfilled within 10-15 business days barring any complications.
